System Architect: ICD Conversion, Springfield, IL, 18 months

Project Description:
Client needs assistance with ICD 9 to ICD 10 code application conversion. This includes the migration to ICD-10 and the replatforming of the ROCS and DARTS application from a legacy PC Cobol system to a J2EE-based webservice. It also includes migrating the legacy mainframe Unit Dose System to support the ICD-10 code structure.
Required/Desired Skills:
- Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or a desired minimum ten years experience in formal State your education and/or describe your ten plus years of experience in application programming field.
- 10 years of experience with General N-Tier Architecture.
- 3 years of experience in performance testing tools especially as pertains to RPT or Grinder.
- 6 years of experience utilizing the following development tools: J2EE/JEE/ DB2 SQL/CICS/Mobius/ Websphere/JSF
- Good working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate in a business setting.
