Project Description:

Client needs assistance with ICD 9 to ICD 10 code application conversion.  This includes the migration to ICD-10 and the replatforming of the ROCS and DARTS application from a legacy PC Cobol system to a J2EE-based webservice.  It also includes migrating the legacy mainframe Unit Dose System to support the ICD-10 code structure.

Required/Desired Skills:

  • Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or a desired minimum ten  years experience in formal State your education and/or describe your ten plus years of experience in application programming field.
  • 10 years of experience with General N-Tier Architecture.
  • 3 years of experience in performance testing tools especially as pertains to RPT or Grinder.
  • 6 years of experience utilizing the following development tools:  J2EE/JEE/ DB2 SQL/CICS/Mobius/ Websphere/JSF
  • Good working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate in a business setting.

Project Description:

Required/Desired Skills:

  • Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or a desired minimum ten (10) years’ experience in formal information technology field.
  • 10 years experience establishing client requirements, business needs and project objectives, via feedback sessions and user meetings.   Interfacing between developers and users to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • 3 years of experience coordinating work and information needed between employees and outside contractors to meet project deadlines and client needs.
  • 3 years of experience working with users to define business requirements.
  • 3 years of experience in Development Methodologies working with Cobol Developers using DB2 for  two BA candidates and one candidate experience  working with JAVA using DB2.
  • 3 years of experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project.
  • Good working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate in a business setting.
